A leadership philosophy is considered to be the structured approach for leading others. The philosophies are often treated here as the guiding statement for the purpose of reference when leading any team. My personal leadership philosophy is transformational leadership which focuses greatly on evolving constantly and establishing a proper benchmark so that the desired goals can be met (Transformational Leadership Theory, 2023). This is me preferred style because I can devote much of my time for proper establishment of the goals so that the team can achieve success in the long run.
